Brisbane Tourist Drives

Camper Van Options?
Hello and thank you for previous help. My wife and I will be "tourists" for a couple of months earlier this year next (February / March.) We intend to drive from Adelaide / Melbourne / Sydney / Brisbane and Cairns on up. We want to experience an option for the camper part of the journey, but we try to determine what part of the drive would be of most interest to rent a motorhome, as we do not want the commitment to every two months! Pointers in particular, strong or advice, would be welcome. Thank you everyone. Thank you one and all … as a newcomer, I do not like to vote for the best answer, because they were all useful! One last question … Maybe we should book …. before leaving home, or campers are always available in the local press information centers?
Any part of the whole journey is good as long as you do not main roads. Adelaide to Melbourne via Great Ocean (Route Coast) There are camp grounds national parks along the rout too for free camping. Melbourne to Sydney can be made the coastal road and is very good even up to Sydney. The cost of renting a truck may be cheaper than hotels and more cars. You can also stop within reasonable limits, where you each evening when you are tired etc. Would also suggest you get a couple of times the bike carry with you for short trips and scenic walks etc. Happy holidays
