Brisbane Apartments City

Do real estate agents help you?
My boyfriend and I are looking to rent an apartment in the city of Brisbane, and see if we work every week it becomes increasingly difficult to watch the scene, especially since not what we thought they would, and others to looking for apartments as well. What is the best way to rent? We have a moped, so we thought of everything passing by on a Saturday and go into complex individual unit and ask if they have something available, or perhaps go to a realtor and sit with them to see if they have something too, are they doing? Are they willing to give you time if they know that you are both serious professionals looking for a place as soon as possible? That thank you to those who can answer or give an entry.
If you're short of time, then a realtor is the way to go. You explain what you are looking for and how much you're willing to pay. Less waste your precious time.
